Awesome food and drink prices, very kind staff, and the food is super good with very generous portion sizes. I highly recommend this restaurant! It's a little hidden but I'm very happy my friends and I went.

Excellent food and service. This is a family owned and operated restaurant, they are all extremely pleasant and hospitable. The food was excellent. A great find and a great value in San Francisco and the whole Bay Area. Will definitely visit again every time I am in town.

The food here is good if you're looking to try some interesting, unusual flavors, though on the pricey side. In all the dishes we ordered except the rice, Jannah employs sweet and savory flavors. The kelecha, ostensibly an appetizer, is delicious, but it's served cold and it's sweet. Apparently without the cheese, it's served as a dessert, so this makes sense. The lamb phyllo was crispy and tasty, but I much preferred it without sauce, which was far too sweet for my liking. The lamb shank was falling off the bone, as it should, and it was very satisfying. The surprise hit was the Lebanese wine, which paired well with my lamb-heavy meal. And the service was absolutely outstanding.

Middle Eastern food seasoned well and beautifully presented in a cozy setting with good service. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and the portions are generous too. A nice place to linger for a few hours and enjoy a different kind of cuisine.

Absolute satisfaction!*Good for Vegetarians*I was invited there by a sweet Iraqi friend of ours and when I read (Californian-Iraqi food) I wasn’t excited about it since I’m familiar with the latter and didn’t see how it could blend with Californian style. I was pleasantly surprised with the on point traditional setting in the stage and mouth watering plates.I recommend the Italian style eggplant, baba ganouch, Dolma, and Kuzi.I can definitely see this place improving nevertheless I had a nice evening!

The service in this restaurant is horrible. i would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. As seen on the picture our meat barely had any meat it was only bones. The food tasted like it was expired. Just horrible service.I paid $87 for this very Disappointing experience.

I was treated to a twelve course dinner selected by a friend who selected the menu. Particularly enjoyed the Kalesha, grilled eggplant, falafel pizza and knafeh. Staff was very attentive and added bonus easy street parking Sunday evening. Looking forward to a return visit

This place is excellent. We got a large dip platter to start, as well as the pita pizza. Both delicious. I then had a lamb shank, which came with veggies, sauce, and rice. Absolutely incredible. This is a great place for large groups or a small party.

I didn’t find the food as authentic as I expected - seemed to have been changed for the American palette. Overall, still left satisfied with a full belly!

Their falafel pizza is SO GOOD. And grave leaves are a great addition to get over the minimum credit card threshold. The pizza is consistently phenomenal. Why isn’t falafel pizza more of a thing? So good.

Seriously the best food I've had in San Francisco. The owner served us while her husband cooked and it felt like we were invited into their home for a meal. I wanted to make it back for Dinner . Loved doodling on the craft paper over our table too. More proof the owners love what they do is thisl. A law student dining next to us was having trouble with his credit card. He was covering the bill for his party of 6. She could have handled this so many ways and she was incredibly kind asking him about his studies as if he were a friend of her son's. Not sure how that resolved but she went out of her way to make him feel welcome instead of the multitude of ways she could have shamed him. It was sweet. Eat here.

This by far was the best middle eastern dish I've had on the US so far. It is not meditranian, it is a genuine Iraqi restaurant,even the hummus is different from the Lebanese one.I asked for medium lamb kebabs, they were pleasantly medium, and more importantly the lamb was marinated super professionally, that there was no trace of the lamb smell there.Thnks for this wonderful dish.

Hands down the best restaurant I’ve ever eaten at! If you haven’t been, you need to go. Wonderful service from Zach, too. Make sure you try the fresh kenafa and the pick three option for your appetizers!

Jannah offers great middle eastern fair. From various meat pastry dishes, a wide variety of apatizers, and various marinated grilled meats, there's something for everyone. Jannah has a great quiet Mediterranean atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Incredible food! Everything we tried, including appetizers and 3, yes 3, desserts was wonderful. Loved the sweet sauce on the phillo dough entree.
